Yesterday Calling

Born in 1925, British author and broadcaster Walter Harris worked independently with the BBC and CBC, and during his long career mixed with an eclectic array of stars and society figures. This memoir also includes a CD of digitally remastered, rediscovered interviews with many famous, infamous and fashionable names. From a tour with Gerald Durrell around his zoo at Les Augrès Manor in Jersey, to an exclusive interview with Noël Coward in transit to his home in Switzerland, here is a rare and highly entertaining window into the world of celebrity. This is Yesterday Calling.

The original recordings have been digitally remastered by Ted Kendall, who amongst his body of work, also digitised The Goon Show.
